Jed and Morsi

Jed and Morsi

The first time I met Jed, I heard the voice and tunes of Bob Marley streaming out of his car stereo and I knew we would become friends. You might say that’s presumptious and I guess it is, but I’m not the biggest fan of Bob you know. But I do like Reggae, no, I love it. you can laugh now, I am. But really, I and I love reggae music because it raises it’s voice againt the ways of the Babylon system. The injust ways of our world. The oppression of governments, the struggle of the people; all those stories are told in Reggae music. So if you care and are passionate about those things, you will be listening to this kind of music. In Jed’s case that was true, and as he farmed his field outside of Broome, those were tunes of inspiration. But this isn’t about Bob Marley or Reggae music. This is about my love for photography and for the people I meet and another way to show that, is to hand over my camera to someone who can take that picture.
